Diagnosis
Sixth and seventh limbs absent (Kornicker, 1975).
Remarks
One of the three suborders of Myodocopida. Distinguished from the other suborders by having only 5 pairs of limbs (the other two the Halocypridina and Myodocopina both have seven pairs of limbs. The caudal furca has a short conical projection between each claw. The first segment of the second antenna has a ventral seta.
